Many tiger reservoirs have been created to protect as well as increase the number of tiger in our country. There is a big question mark that how and why this beast grabbed the national animal position.

The average length of a tiger is two

the largest and bigger size of common cat. It has two horns, two eyes and a

earth. It maintains the balance among herbivorous and carnivorous animals on
earth.
National animal of India
It has become the national animal of India since 1972. Due to its terrific look and agility while hunting made it our national pride. It stands in number one position among all wild and pet animals in India. Its unique color skin and strong teeth has become its enemy. Because these body parts have heavy demand in foreign. So many hunters started killing and selling tiger skin and teeth to earn heavy lump sum. Accordingly the number of tiger has been reduced day to day gradually in India. Hence to prevent poaching and illegal hunting of tiger the Indian government has adopted and declared the animal as national animal of India. Apart from it our government has arranged and created many reservoirs for tiger rearing and preventing the endangered species. Similipal, Ranthambor, and Kajiranga are some of well known places where tiger reservoirs are found.
Conclusion
Tiger is not only a wild animal but
also it is our national property. Every year many tourists visit India to see
tigers in zoo. They play an important role in our environment by killing
herbivorous animals. Otherwise there would be thrive of animals like deer, wild
beast, zebra, Giraffe, antelope and other herbivorous animals etc. Now it is
our duty to coordinate our government regarding tiger save project. Thank you.
